Release v5.16.3

Initial version of SpeXcode - VS Code extension of an Open-Source Harness for Agentic Engineering.

Added .spexcode folder to unzip in your user's folder, containing set of rules, skills and workflows to help you vibe code within SpaceXpanse, and beyond.

Added spex-code-settings.json to import the agentic workflow settings through Settings/About screen.

Added mcp_settings.json to copy/paste and install the MCP servers on Manage/MCP Servers/Edit Global MCP that will help with the agentic workflow too. They require some more advanced knowledge but you can always ask the AI agents to do it. ;)
