Firmware Version

Where do I find the firmware version of my panel? I see software version. I am running spanos3/r202603/06, but i don't see a firmware version. The V2 integration is not working due to a firmware issue.

The software is the firmware. It can be found in your span app settings.

See the caution about being on a minimum version 1.3.x of the integration before upgrading to 2.0.x.

If you did not follow the upgrade sequence redownload what you were on and upgrade in order.

If you did upgrade in the correct order relative ad the integration or reboot HA.
