Don't override existing plan , if one alreay exists. Create a new plan-<feature-name>.md

I requested specify to plan for me a feature what was part of the spec but was not planned at the first iteration, but delayed for later (since the feature was lower priority). I noticed that doing this specify created a new plan.md and override the existing plan.md

I suggest your script creating the plan.md to detect if this file already exists, then create a new plan-.md instead

Are you sure you're in the correct GitHub repository? We don't have any of that functionality you mentioned. This repo is for our app, Specify, a Windows Diagnostic tool.
