PowerShell 7 is missing Get-WMIObject

Powershell 7 is based on .Net Core and .Net Core does not support WMI. You will have to use CIM instead or modify requirements to use only PowerShell 5.1

I’m already trying it and also had to modify some part of the Get-Domain function due to some private address mismatch. I will import into BHE after the collection is done. Might pull request if I manage to have something clean to offer!
