开发者在login模板里配置启用什么不启用什么 基于模板配了的，再检查plus.oauth.getServices，如果getServices拿不到也不显示。 如果显示了微信，则判断客户端是否安装微信，没安装则微信图标为置灰状态。 如果是qq和微博，虽然没装客户端，但人家是可以导到wap登陆的，所以不用限制。
