fix: strip raw YAML frontmatter from Gollum-rendered pages Gollum renders the leading --- YAML block as plain text instead of parsing it, so 21 pages (ADRs, plans, status reports, design docs and code walkthroughs) opened with an ugly frontmatter dump above the content. Strips the frontmatter from these wiki copies only; content below it is byte-identical to before. Source docs in the main repo are untouched.
