Automatic publishing fails due to a need to authorise the procedure via browser #46
Description
At the moment, the automatic publishing procedure cannot be completed on CI.
The reason is that the pub publishing now requires an explicit authorisation: author must visit a link leading to pub.dev in order to allow the package to publish.
Therefore, Dart components in version 1.9.0 were published manually.
In scope of this issue, the automatic publishing workflow should be restored, so that human is not involved.
