Configure version switching for minor versions

We need to be able to switch between minor versions for documentation modules.

For example for the Validation:
- `docs/validation/` – the current main version `2.0.0-SNAPSHOT`.
- `docs/validation/2-0-x` – v2.0.x
- `docs/validation/2-1-x` – v2.1.x
- `docs/validation/2-2-x` – v2.2.x
