refactor: npm 包 scope 迁移至 @spiritagent

Summary

• 将 monorepo 内 npm 包从 @spirit-agent/* 迁移至 @spiritagent/*；原 @spirit-agent/core 更名为 @spiritagent/agent-core 以区分目录名
• 同步更新全仓库 import、package.json 依赖、README/NOTICE 与 lockfile；dev-root 与 desktop 保持 private，不在本次发布范围
• 已在 npm 注册 @spiritagent 组织；合并后计划以 0.2.7 发布 @spiritagent/agent-core、@spiritagent/host-internal、@spiritagent/acp-server
• 旧 @spirit-agent 组织保留，后续可 deprecate，不删除

Test plan

• npm run build:agent-core
• npm run build:host-internal
• npm run build:acp-server
• 全仓库无 @spirit-agent 残留引用
