QoL feature for Launcher, if C&C package exists but in the wrong place, try to move it to the right place
- for EA app, copy the package from BP1Data to DataEP1, no clue why this is needed, but it seems to be the case for EA app only
- for Steam, if the current C&C data dir is empty/missing, check these two places to try and find and copy it
..\..\spore 17440\bp1content (current location where steam installs C&C)..\..\..\app_17440\depot_17441\bp1content (need to verify this one - this would be for if someone used steam console to download the package without downloading the whole game, we'd have instructions for that somewhere)
