• Today 07/10/2015 or tomorrow 08/10/2015, we will have an online meeting. I will be available all the time, so you can contact me at your convenience. We can have it via Skype or plain chat in order to discuss progress, questions, results from 1st iteration, among others. I encourage all the team members to ask questions (at least via chat).

• Tomorrow 15/10/2015 or any other day after that, we need to have an online meeting. I will be available all the time, so you can contact me at your convenience. I also will try to be available in Gitter. We can have the meeting via Skype or plain chat (Gitter or Skype) in order to discuss progress, questions, feedback from 2nd iteration, among others. I encourage all the team members to ask questions (at least via chat). Please also try to apply the changes of the feedback (1 and 2). Otherwise, results are just materialized from what can be tracked. If something cannot be written down, you can easily put "not applicable" or "in progress" or "a short explanation"...

• Today 29/10/2015 is the weekly meeting, this time Marlon will participate as well. I checked that you have not applied yet most of the feedback. Thus, please try to apply it as we need start talking about the 3rd Iteration related with Testing. In this iteration is important that the testing is done within the CI environment.
