From the Audit Report:
The project contains a number of SQL scripts to define the database schema and initialize the database. However, the auditing team could not find documentation detailing how such scripts are deployed in production and whether the process is automated. It would be recommended to automate the database migration process (with tools such as Flyway DB) and document it, to ensure reproducibility and consistency.
