- This change includes updates for most webpack related packages. - Deprecated packages have been replaced with their modern equivalents - Build settings have been kept as close as possible to the original configuration, but output may be different due to updates with babel and corejs.

Note: removed the boot event listener because it wasn't working and isn't needed for this to function anyway
