This guide is currently quite brief. More information may be added later.
Most of the parts can be sourced from Aliexpress. The case is designed to be printed with an FDM printer; PLA or PETG works well.
Bill of materials
- 3D printed case
- PCB
- 4x M2xL3xOD3 heatset inserts
- 4x M2 bolts
- 8x PJ-320A audio sockets
- Raspberry Pi Pico or pin compatible clone
It is recommended to use a Pico clone equipped with a Type-C port.

The PCB thickness must be 1.6 mm. PCBs can be ordered from JLCPCB, for example. Just drag and drop the zip file from the repository.
Suutari20 does not require SMD soldering. The important thing is that the parts are flush with the PCB.

Case needs four heatset inserts, those can be embedded in the print with a soldering iron.

With four M2 8mm bolts, the case can be assembled. Case files includes SVG for toner transfer.
