Initial commit and pack creation.
… pack requirements and config data. Delete all uneccessary files and folders. Need to write unit tests and fill out readme section.

…mes so that users can use any of the supported drivers if they want to install all the pre-requisite packages needed. updated the readme to explain exactly what is included and pointed to the documentation on how to use things that aren't included.
