Due to the fact that this fixes a major bug of players escaping the wrapper, and the fact that I've been running it for nearly two weeks without major issues, I'm going to land this PR to master, as we've gotten several people showing up in IRC getting bitten by escapees while using af568ab |

Hot fix for players escaping wrapper, party chat feature, fixed login error in webgui, bugfixes in database, more logging and debugging, better regular expression for matching color codes in names, and minor fixes in packet definitions.

Fixed an issue that was causing connection issues for characters, leading to wrapper-escapes. Also added a party chat feature in, so now one can /p to their party.
