How do you configure docker for SB Angular?

Just downloaded this updated version. I want to build for prod in docker container. I created a docker free account but how do i configure this build with my docker instance/acct? Readme file has no info on how to make the config connection. Running the docker command npm run docker:build doesn't work.

For me npm run docker:build works fine but after run unable to access site on http://localhost:4400
