This thread is for the Convolution tab.
What it's for: applying a measured impulse response ahead of everything else — verified minimum-phase responses from the AutoEq catalogue, or any WAV of your own.
How it works: the file is analysed when it arrives, so the graph draws the response the file actually has rather than an approximation published beside it, and the preamp reserves against what it really does. It is a layer with its own switch, so hearing the chain without it is one press.
