Initial unofficial starter for DeSiRe-GS: 4D Street Gaussians for Static-Dynamic Decomposition and Surface Reconstruction for Urban Driving Scenes. Includes a compact PyTorch scaffold, README, config, smoke test, and contribution templates. Benchmarks are not reproduced yet.
