Indexing to discover other projects / folders #254

Potential future enhancement - just tracking this idea, this will not be actively worked on at this time.
For indexing and searching, StatWrap will consider those projects that are in the user's project list. We may want to consider a way to discover, index, and search other folders that aren't in the user's project list.
Implications for this:
- We're introducing StatWrap metadata into projects that never asked for it (adding the .statwrap folder). This could cause some confusion or concern
- The user will need a way to specify which folders should also be crawled. Because we are client-based, we don't have a background service constantly looking for folders
