Milestone: v0.4 — Dormant Module Activation & Full System Wiring

Milestone anchor issue. Tracks unification of all dormant modules into the active runtime, with live wiring to the recursive consciousness loop.

Background

docs/DORMANT_FUNCTIONALITY_ANALYSIS.md catalogues significant implemented-but-disconnected subsystems:

• Symbol grounding associator
• Perceptual categoriser
• Simulated environment
• ILP engine
• Modal tableau prover (standard + enhanced)
• CLP module
• Explanation-based learner
• Meta-control RL module

These are all present in godelOS/ but not wired into unified_server.py or the active consciousness loop.

Definition of Done

• All dormant modules wired to the unified consciousness engine
• WebSocket streams broadcasting state from each
• Frontend metrics panel showing all active subsystems
• Integration tests covering dormant→active transitions
