Can Millennium or its plugins stop ALL videos from autoplaying on Steam's store page?

I'd like to be able to browse the Steam store without having my retinas be constantly bombarded by all the videos that don't have an autoplay toggle, including the ones that start playing whenever you hover over a game's thumbnail.

I've already enabled low bandwidth mode, and disabled Live Broadcasts and autoplay on trailers, but this isn't enough.

I wonder if it'd be possible to achieve what I want through a uBlock Origin Lite filter, CSS or Javascript in Millennium's theming engine, or even by setting some Chromium flags.

I'm on EndeavourOS, using millennium-bin from the AUR, if that makes any difference.
