Merge changes from upstream:
- Ability to set logging level in config.txt (see: jagrosh#1156)
Fix issue with playing videos from YouTube:
- Update lavaplayer snapshot (see: lavalink-devs/lavaplayer#88), now build from jitpack rather than https://maven.lavalink.dev/snapshots to make sure we can get the appropriate changes
