str2str_file reported as stopped when starting

str2str_file.service could be slow to start as it waits for check_timesync.sh.
During this period, the web app report this service as stopped, which is misleading.

All the settings buttons don't seem to work anymore, I have to start the services with the command lines (following a github update tonight).
