In behaviour creator Description & Tags fails to save whwn we try to save AND updated code is visible only after we reopen code editor

When we create a new behaviour and save it with any Description or Tags, then they are not saved and error message saying "Error saving behaviour details" is displayed.

Also when the change in code made is save when we save the code but updated code is visible only after we reopen the code editor.
