MoonAliza 0.8.1 - public GitHub reading

MoonAliza 0.8.1 adds public GitHub repository reading to General and project chat. Paste a public URL and ask to read its README or list files. No local checkout or GitHub token is needed. Read results cite the exact commit and source URL.

Download MoonAliza-Setup-0.8.1.exe below. This is an unsigned Windows x64 development installer. Install this version to use the new tool; merging the PR alone does not update an installed 0.7 app.

Also fixes local root-directory aliases, misleading blanket access errors, and a recovery message that could disappear after Send created a conversation. The new recovery assertion reproduced the bug before the fix; all 12 renderer tests and three consecutive real recovery/restart workflows pass. Typecheck, lint, native/app builds and all eight packaged desktop workflows pass. The 0.8.0 reader already passed the 511-test suite and a real packaged Qwen/Qwen3-4B-Instruct-2507:nscale GitHub read; that reader is unchanged. All three exact-source Windows CI runs (branch, PR and tag) passed, including all 511 tests and eight desktop workflows; links are in verification.json and the PR.

The installer payload matches the compiled source assets and native helper. Size: 122562827 bytes. SHA-256: 9e8e5e923878ff67308ca92e50419291659168848f8949e91da5065b1967c581. Fresh-checkout handoff passed; none of the supplied credentials appear in the 415 tracked files.

Public github.com repository roots and tree/blob URLs are supported, with bounded UTF-8 reads. Private authentication, arbitrary websites, cloning and remote writes are not included. Local edits and commands require an attached trusted workspace. No new database migration beyond 0.7 schema v2. Packaged tests use isolated app data; installed-app upgrade/uninstall and production signing/model qualification are not claimed.
