Multilabel classification

@StevenGrove hi thanks for sharing the code base , i have a query can we consider the feature in the fine grained routing for multilabel classification problem like person attribute recognition like male female age and clothing ?

I think it probably works if you want to reduce the complexity. And for multi-class tasks, you can consider the routing process as a sigmoid-like multilabel classification.
