Nevermind, I should have done more research, sorry for wasting your time. It seems this game can natively run at 60FPS if VSYNC is disabled in the emulator. I'm surprised that's all it needed.

The game was made using Unity as engine.

Usually Unity games can unlock FPS by just doing that.

Anyway I didn't know that this game has Denuvo. I don't do mods for games that has a PC version except if the game has Denuvo and I see people having interest on that game.
