add a max stints in a row to the drivers and warn if a stint is breaking that limit

I as a user want to have the option to define, that the drivers can only drive X stints in a row before they need a break.
I want StintLab to show me if my assigned driver is driving for more than this and mark stint with a warning label and an explanation on mouse over.
