Hi @TheRealMathemAddicts! I'm Dosu and I'm helping the Stirling-tools team. You're not missing anything — this is a current limitation of the viewer. When you switch between files via Active Files → Open in Viewer, the viewer remounts and resets the scroll position to page 1. There's no built-in way to preserve your reading position when switching between documents right now. This is tracked as a feature request in Issue #5520, which proposes remembering the last-read page for each file so the viewer can restore your position when you switch back [1]. A related bug where the viewer resets to page 1 after certain operations was also reported in Issue #6917 [2]. For now, the workaround is unfortunately manual — you'd need to note/remember what page you were on before switching. You might consider adding a bookmark at your current reading position before switching files, so you can jump back to it quickly. To reply, just mention @dosu. Share context across your team and agents. Try Dosu. |

I cannot believe this is where I am stuck. I have two PDFs open, but to switch between them, it seems as though I have to click on Active Files and then Open in Viewer. Doing so starts me at the top of the file I switched to, which is incredibly annoying. Am I missing something terribly simple?
