Your MBTILES implementation only works for Raster Tiles or also GZipped PBF Vector Tiles?
MBTILES Spec is TMS and Google XYZ is GeoPackage. The ROW or Y is FLIPPED at the Origin. Lower Right TMS versus Upper Left XYZ. I think it should be easy to add GeoPackage Raster Tiles if they are in EPSG 3857. The Vector Features can probably be dumped into GeoJSON with GeoPackage-JS or some other library. I need offline databases.
