Add the under-submission paper (Rodrigues, Delgado, Mendes, Guimarães) as the preferred BibTeX citation, keeping the software entry as a secondary option, so the README matches the preferred-citation block in CITATION.cff.

Follow-up to the 0.3.2 citation update:
CITATION.cffnow points at the under-submission manuscript viapreferred-citation, but the README still listed only the@softwareentry. Lead with the paper (author initials matching CITATION.cff) and keep the software entry as a secondary option.
