Insert the brand manifesto between "The Solution" and "Who is it for"
sections, framing the project's name as a stance: stray marks (the
human trail of decisions, calculated risks, paths not taken) are the
signal, not the noise. Translates the section into English and
Simplified Chinese, preserving textile metaphors (warp / scaffold /
tactical mesh) and the closing call-to-action.
Also adds a header-nav anchor ("Why StrayMark?" / "¿Por qué
StrayMark?" / "为什么叫 StrayMark？") so the manifesto is one click
away from the top of each README.
