Added

• Syslog Destinations — audit log forwarding to external SIEM. Stratora can now
  forward every audit event (sign-ins, configuration changes, alert
  acknowledgments, license operations, and more) to an external syslog
  destination in real time. Configure destinations from Settings →
  Syslog Destinations using a 4-step wizard. Supports Splunk, Elastic,
  Graylog, and any RFC-compliant syslog receiver over UDP, TCP, or
  TCP+TLS, in RFC 5424 (modern) or RFC 3164 (legacy) format. See

• Three-state passive health classification (Healthy / Failing /
  Unknown) on every destination, derived from shipping outcomes only.
  Destinations that haven't shipped events recently because the system
  is quiet remain Healthy — health reflects shipping reliability, not
  event volume.
• Rich health tooltip surfaces last-shipped time, last-failure
  message, and shipped/dropped counters on hover. Replaces the prior
  browser-default tooltip.
• Failing-destination banner at the top of every page when any
  destination is in Failing state. Admin-only; click "View destinations"
  to identify which destination needs attention. Dismissible per page
  view.
