can't view first test run

you get a nice friendly "no jobs for this build" message if there haven't been any completed builds.

Not the greatest thing to see.

And it doesn't show up on the dashboard either.

So it really looks like everything failed, when actually it's just churning.

Yeah, this has been an annoying niggling issue for too long now. We need a page which streams the results.
