[3.5] Card placement alignment with TW team

User Story

As a PM, I want to align with TW team on card placement and layout within the student page so that engineers have a clear spec for where and how cards are surfaced.

Context

Recommendation cards will appear on TW's student page. The TW team needs to agree on placement (above the fold, sidebar, etc.) before design and engineering can proceed. This is a Sprint 1 PM story.

Acceptance Criteria

• Meeting held with TW team (Xingyu, Eileen, Layhui) to discuss card placement
• Card placement and layout agreed and documented
• Agreement covers: position on student page, max number of cards, scroll behaviour
• Designer and engineer briefed on agreed placement
