Allow for select box to be scrollable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using the select box, I encountered a problem that did not allow me to scroll through the select options upon clicking on it. This made it so I could not see all the options provided. It also disabled me scrolling the rest of my web screen to view the rest of the page.

Allow for the user to be able to scroll through the select box options.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another cool thing to add would be a searchable select box.

Additional context
This only happens when are too many rows in which not all the entries can fit on the screen.

Use a selectbox and provide a list with so many elements that the select options take up the entire screen.

selected = selectbox("Select something", [i for i in range(100)])
