[Components] Add support for matplotlib

#### **Description**  
Add support for rendering **Matplotlib** figures as a component. Users should be able to do the following in an example project:  

```python
from preswald import matplotlib
```

When they run:  

```sh
preswald run 
```

The plot should render in the frontend automatically.
