Reliable resume from Data Saver.

Resuming after the Data Saver has dropped the stream now does a full from-scratch reconnect (a fresh session), instead of reopening the old one. The old behaviour could leave the waterfall and zoom frozen with no audio — the same half-connected state as the old minimised-app bug — and needed a trip back to the instance list to recover. Now Play / tap-to-reconnect / reopening the app all bring it back cleanly.
