VibeSDR v5.1.1
OpenWebRX squelch & noise reduction now follow the server's presets
OpenWebRX/OpenWebRX+ profiles can ship a default squelch level (initial_squelch_level) and an initial noise-reduction level (initial_nr_level) that the OpenWebRX web client applies automatically when you load the profile. VibeSDR ignored both — so a profile such as a 2 m NFM band configured with a −65 dB preset squelch would open with squelch off (or stuck on whatever you'd last set), most noticeably when hopping profiles from Android Auto.
VibeSDR now honours those presets:
- Squelch — a profile's preset squelch is applied on connect and on every profile switch, with the menu SQUELCH slider updated to match.
- Noise reduction — a profile's initial NR level is applied the same way, with the NR slider reflecting it.
- A profile with no preset behaves exactly as before (squelch off).
This matches the OpenWebRX web client's behaviour. Thanks to the user who reported it.
