VibeSDR v5.2.1

A small privacy-focused follow-up to v5.2.0.

What's changed

Coarse location only. The optional location used to sort the instance list by distance is now taken and shared at approximate (coarse, ~1 km) accuracy only, never a precise fix. Location stays entirely optional — every other feature works without it.
Version bump only otherwise; all v5.2.0 features (vibesdr:// deep linking, etc.) are unchanged.
