Update guidance on file system names #674
Description
@pagomez-cd will draft guidance. From discussion, the plan is to add a section about naming of file systems, with regard to upper or lowercase. Specify that man pages are the primary source of reference; because information there can be limited, also provide a secondary source for more information.
Then, remove the separate "Btrfs" entry in the word usage guide.
Also, review the "NFS" entry.
