Updates ISO currencies to add recent additions: SLE, VED, XAD, XCG, ZWG
Also deprecates the following legacy codes: ANG, CUC, HRK, SLL, USS, ZWL . A separate PR to remove deprecated currency codes will be merged in Jan 2026.
