Curated Star Citizen R14 bindings for the dual VKB Gladiator NXT — SC 4.8.1 LIVE.

• VTOL toggle now bound — it shipped unbound in 4.8.0 due to a bug
• Toggle Docking added on the left stick (Right Alt+N macro)
• Salvage cycle-modifier binds re-slotted — no longer rely on SC's double-tap
• Swept out 13 accidental double-binds
• EVA view pitch/yaw reverts to SC's default mouse-look
• Binding charts now render on the website viewer (zip ~18 MB → ~2 MB)
• New Bindings Toolkit (MFD-wipe fix, non-EVO axis flip, backup/restore, diagnostics)
