Purpose of this pull request

UPDATE - below issue was a berry back-end bug that was fixed. Closing this PR and reverting back to (v2).

Berry widget demo env (v3). NOTE: Berry chatbot icon is missing in the staging environment, even though it appears correctly in dev and local builds. To rule out any issues on our end, I opened this fresh PR, but the issue persists. I’ve reached out to Berry support for further investigation.

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

The demo works great, @kimsauce! I tried it out on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. It worked perfectly. I don't have any comments.
