Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to separate the existing doc Manage Organizations for MSSPs based on the Manage Content tab.

This is because, Doc 1 will be GAed and Doc 2 will still remain under Beta.

Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)
