Seventh minor release of dlpark. Using git-cliff to generate a draft changelog, grouped into different sections by PR labels.
Tidy things up, and add some more missed entries. Add changelog link for v0.1.0, and acknowledge contributions from v0.2.2 onwards. Also fixed typo in main README.md
