Add founder audit and release documentation for the production upgrade pass

Problem

The repository has architecture and planning notes, but it does not yet contain a durable founder-facing audit artifact for this production pass.

Impact

• audit findings are easy to lose in chat or PR discussion
• release readiness is harder to assess against explicit criteria

Acceptance Criteria

• add a founder audit report covering architecture, product, design, UX, security, accessibility, performance, and testing
• classify major feature areas as FOUND, PARTIAL, or MISSING where appropriate
• add a final release report with GO / NO-GO reasoning and validation results
