Rebrand HTML.md to Bloom across all documentation and configs

Summary

This PR rebrand the project from "HTML.md" to "Bloom" throughout the codebase, updating all references in documentation, configuration files, and marketplace listings to reflect the new project identity.

Key Changes

• README.md: Updated main title from "HTML.md — Bloom" to "Bloom" and changed all marketplace/repository references from HTML.md to Bloom
• docs/harness-setup.md: Updated installation instructions for all harnesses (Claude Code, Factory Droid, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot CLI) to reference the Bloom repository and bloom@bloom plugin identifiers instead of html-md
• Marketplace configuration (.claude-plugin/marketplace.json): Changed marketplace name from html-md to bloom and updated description and homepage URLs
• Plugin configuration (plugins/bloom/.claude-plugin/plugin.json): Updated homepage and repository URLs to point to the Bloom repository
• Installation guides: Updated all curl commands and GitHub URLs in plugins/bloom/INSTALL.opencode.md to use the new Bloom repository path
• Skill documentation: Updated references in .claude/skills/bloom/SKILL.md and plugins/bloom/skills/bloom/SKILL.md to reference "Bloom repo" instead of "HTML.md repo"
• Minor copy improvements: Refined the subtitle description in harness-setup.md for clarity (using em-dash formatting)

Implementation Details

All changes are consistent across the codebase, ensuring that:

• GitHub repository references point to SunnyDevendranadh/Bloom
• Plugin identifiers use bloom@bloom instead of bloom@html-md
• Marketplace registrations reference the new Bloom marketplace
• Installation URLs and documentation links are updated throughout
