Console information - Add total Player & ip when player connects

• Player also gives ip when connecting.
• The server writes total number after a player connects.
• Deny access to a connection, if the Player is already connected. (Player with two ships on two browsers)

A check for double ip connections, so the Player cant play with two Ships in two browsers.
